Belk is seeking a Selling Lead in Conway, AR, an hourly role that focuses on driving personal and store metrics. You will connect customers with products, lead by example, and support events and merchandising to create memorable experiences.

In this role you will greet customers, assist with purchases, and ensure accurate transactions while collaborating with store operations to deliver exceptional service and maintain brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience or equivalent customer service role.
• Commitment to delivering customer service excellence.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work as part of a team.
• Comfort with technology and using store devices for transactions and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Drive store objectives and personal metrics through ownership and initiative.
• Build memorable store experiences by connecting customers with product and team members.
• Greet and assist customers, providing personalized service and a welcoming environment.
• Process transactions accurately and resolve inquiries with professionalism.
• Support onboarding and learning to uplift selling behaviors and KPIs.
• Leverage selling tools to provide an omnichannel experience with inventory knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of policies, promotions, and events communicated to the team.
• Foster engagement and celebrate associate achievements to build a positive store culture.
• Maintain merchandising standards, signage, fitting rooms, and store cleanliness.
• Lead store fulfillment and asset protection per omni and ops standards.
