Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead to enhance personalized customer experiences and support store associates. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to master store functions and be prepared to step in as acting manager when needed.

You will represent the brand with exceptional service, coach team members, and help drive a seamless omnichannel experience while maintaining visual and operational standards.

Qualifications

• 6 months retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technologically proficient; ability to operate a POS system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Model and deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Provide guidance and support to store associates.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to master store functions and readiness to step in as acting manager.
• Drive a customer-focused, profitable environment using available tools.
