Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead at Store 1710-Oak Park Mall-ANN-Overland Park, KS. You will be a key team member, modeling excellent customer experiences while guiding and supporting associates. Collaborate with the Store Manager to manage store operations and mentor staff.

You will drive a customer-focused environment, provide in-the-moment coaching, and help ensure smooth omnichannel shopping experiences. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a POS system.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer experiences and guidance to associates.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to manage store functions and step in as needed.
• Be a representative of the brand and model personalized customer experience behaviors.
• Support onboarding and development of an engaged team.
