Job summary

LOFT in Leawood, KS is seeking a Sales Lead to support and role model exceptional customer experiences while guiding store associates and stepping in as needed for store leadership. You’ll help onboard and develop a highly engaged team, uphold brand standards, and drive an omni-channel shopping experience.

The role emphasizes coaching, decision-making, and collaboration with the Store Manager. Flexible evenings/weekends are expected, with opportunities for growth across LOFT brands.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Tech proficient and able to operate a POS system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative and makes thoughtful decisions.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize to meet deadlines.
