Job summary

LOFT Geneva is seeking a Sales Lead to inspire a high-performing team and deliver personalized customer experiences. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to model customer service, assist with onboarding, and maintain store standards to ensure a seamless omnichannel experience.

The role emphasizes coaching, leadership, and hands-on support for associates while driving sales and maintaining LOFT’s brand standards in a busy Geneva, IL location.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a POS system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Represent the LOFT brand and model personalized customer experience behaviors.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an effective, highly engaged team.
• Support an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome and engaged.
• Uphold visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer.

• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching for staff during interactions.
