Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead in Langhorne, PA to deliver personalized customer experiences and mentor a team. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to become an expert on store operations and be ready to step in as manager when needed.

You’ll partner with leadership to onboard and develop an engaged team, uphold brand standards, and ensure a seamless omnichannel experience for customers while supporting store profitability and growth.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Proficient with a point-of-sale system.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to organize, delegate and prioritize to meet deadlines.
