Job summary

LOFT in Oxford Valley Mall, Langhorne, PA seeks a Sales Lead to model exceptional customer experiences and guide associates. You will work with the Store Manager to master store operations and be prepared to step in as manager when needed.

You'll mentor teammates, drive personalized service, sustain brand standards, support onboarding, and help sustain a welcoming environment while prioritizing sales and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of retail sales experience
• Preferred management experience
• Proficient with point-of-sale systems
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize tasks

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer experiences and guidance to associates
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an effective, highly engaged team
• Uphold brand standards and visual/operational excellence while focusing on the customer
