LOFT at Montgomery Mall in North Wales, PA is seeking a Sales Lead to deliver personalized customer experiences and coach associates. You will partner with the Store Manager to model brand standards, onboard and develop a high-energy team, and ensure a seamless omnichannel shopping experience through available tools.

This role emphasizes customer focus, team leadership, and flexibility to cover evenings, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities for growth within LOFT and its brands.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and able to operate a POS system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching teammates.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Organizational and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer experiences and guide associates.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to model brand standards.
• Onboard and develop a highly engaged team.
• Uphold highest visual and operational standards for customers.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching and feedback.
• Support omnichannel shopping through available tools.
• Step into manager role when needed.
