Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead in Winston-Salem, NC to deliver personalized customer experiences and support a strong team. You will collaborate with the Store Manager, coach associates, and ensure store standards while enabling an engaging, inclusive environment.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. You will help drive sales through leadership, coaching, and hands-on support, with the ability to step into store management when needed and uphold a seamless omnichannel

Qualifications

• 6 months retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a POS system.

Responsibilities

• Represent the LOFT brand and model personalized customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an engaged team.
• Provide guidance and coaching to associates to improve customer interactions.
