Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead in Tuscaloosa, AL to model exceptional customer service and lead by example. You will guide associates, collaborate with the Store Manager, and ensure smooth daily store operations while delivering personalized shopping experiences.

You will help build a high-performing team, uphold brand standards, and support an inclusive workplace. This role offers part-time hours with opportunities for advancement within LOFT.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience required or preferred.
• Management experience is preferred.
• Proficient with a point-of-sale system and tech tools.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching others.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Shows initiative, can organize, delegate and prioritise tasks.

Responsibilities

• Represent the LOFT brand and drive personalized customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and team development.
• Support an inclusive environment for associates.
• Maintain high visual and operational standards focused on customers.
• Use tools to run a customer-focused, profitable store.
• Provide timely feedback and coaching to the team.
• Build relationships by sharing ideas and supporting the team.
• Leverage technology to stay informed on priorities and promotions; enable omnichannel shopping.
• Step into the manager role when needed.
