Job summary

LOFT Outlet in Albertville, MN is seeking a Sales Lead to model exceptional customer experiences and support a collaborative team. You will work with the Store Manager to become an expert on store functions and be ready to step in as manager when needed.

You will coach associates, provide in-the-moment feedback, and help drive a seamless omnichannel shopping experience using available tools and brand standards.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Proficient with point-of-sale systems and technology.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support and role model excellent customer experiences and guide associates.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to become store function expert and step in as manager when needed.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to help associates improve customer interactions.
• Use tools to drive a customer-focused team and profitable business.
