Job summary

LOFT in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Sales Lead to model exceptional customer experiences and guide our associates. You will focus on delivering personalized service, coaching teammates, and supporting store operations to drive sales and service standards.

Work with the Store Manager to onboard and develop a highly engaged team, uphold visual and operational standards, and help run the store when needed. This role values initiative, reliability, and a passion for fashion that empowers customers.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a POS system.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer experiences and guide associates.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to lead store operations.
