Job summary

POP MART in Bridgewater is seeking a part-time Sales Lead to deliver exceptional customer experiences while supporting daily store operations. As the Leader on Duty in the Store Manager's absence, you will coach sales associates, drive sales performance, and bring the POP MART brand to life for collectors.

You will engage customers with stories behind POP MART's artists and IPs, manage inventory and merchandising, and help ensure a premium in-store experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years retail experience; leadership or supervisor experience preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading by example.
• Interest in designer toys, collectibles, art, anime, gaming, pop culture valued.
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver an exceptional customer experience and inspire a customer-first culture.
• Coach, motivate, and support Sales Associates to achieve store goals.
• Drive sales performance, conversions, and key KPIs.
• Manage opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and POS activities.
• Support inventory, stockroom organization, and visual merchandising.
