Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in retail sales; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and professional conduct.
• Ability to analyze sales data and use it to improve performance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Wlexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the sales floor and act as on-duty leader when Store Manager/ASM is not present.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment; ensure brand standards.
• Drive sales of key POP MART products and meet KPI targets (conversion, AUR, transactions).
• Support in-store events, pop-ups, and new store openings; assist with merchandising.
• Oversee inventory, back-of-house processes, and daily store operations.
