Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead at Store 1211-Leesburg-ANN-Leesburg, VA 20176. You will guide customer experiences, coach associates, and collaborate with the Store Manager to step in as acting manager when needed.

The role requires a customer-focused approach, strong communication, and the ability to manage onboarding and development of a high-performing team while upholding brand standards and omnichannel service. Regular/Part time hours with evenings, weekends, and holidays possible.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Be a representative of the brand and model personalized customer experience behaviors.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an effective, highly engaged team.
• Support an inclusive store environment for associates where everyone feels welcome and engaged.
• Uphold visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching so each associate can bring their best to customer interactions.
