KnitWell Group in Birch Run, MI is seeking a Sales Lead to support and role model exceptional customer experiences while guiding and coaching store associates. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to run daily operations and step in as acting manager when needed.

The role emphasizes delivering personalized service, maintaining brand standards, and driving a positive, inclusive team environment. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Competenze

• 6+ months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability – evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to stay on deadlines.
