Job summary

Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Lead to energize the store, coach teammates, and deliver the Famous Footwear experience. You will own store operations, drive sales, and foster a welcoming, high-performing team environment that keeps customers coming back for the best shoe shopping experience.

You’ll mentor staff, support opening/closing duties, and champion inclusive culture while maintaining great product knowledge and a passion for shoes.

Qualifications

• Has a High School Diploma/GED.
• Proficient working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Some retail store management experience or relevant management experience in lieu.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and train associates on selling and operational processes.
• Demonstrated ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Has basic computer skills.
