LOFT in Greensboro, NC seeks a Sales Lead to support and role model exceptional customer experiences while guiding and coaching associates. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure store excellence, stepping in as manager when needed.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, onboarding support, and maintaining high visual/operational standards to drive a customer-focused, profitable environment.

Competenze

• 6+ months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Tech proficient and able to operate a POS system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to organize, delegate and prioritize to meet deadlines.

• Deliver personalized customer experiences and guide associates.
