White House Black Market in Loveland, CO is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and support leadership duties. You will uphold brand standards and create a welcoming, customer‑centered environment.

You will lead by example on the sales floor, coach staff, and assist with cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and replenishment while leveraging an omni‑channel approach to deliver memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel selling.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute cash handling, scheduling, inventory management and merchandise replenishment.
• Stay knowledgeable about current sales, promotions and store policies.
• Support associate development and scheduling when needed.
• Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork.
