Job summary

WHBM in Loveland, CO is seeking a Sales Lead to support store leadership and coach teams on a customer‑centric, brand‑driven approach. You will guide daily operations, drive sales, and uphold hospitality standards in a dynamic retail environment.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of retail management experience, strong communication skills, and the flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. This role includes opportunities for growth across our brands.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience preferred, at least 2 years.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch and lift up to 50 pounds; operate the register.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Actively share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development, provide coaching feedback, and assist with scheduling, when needed.
• Share ideas and insights with the store leadership team.
• Contribute to a positive work environment by embracing teamwork with peers and leaders.
