Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong customer and peer relationship skills.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to operate cash handling, scheduling, inventory and replenishment.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general operations including opening and closing duties.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and provide product knowledge.
• Coach and develop team toward performance goals.
• Handle cash, scheduling, inventory, and merchandise replenishment.
