Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general operations and opening/closing.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and use an omni-channel approach.
• Coach and motivate the team to meet performance goals.
• Handle cash, scheduling, inventory, and replenishment accurately.
• Stay informed about promotions and store policies.
• Support scheduling and development discussions as needed.
• Capture ideas to improve store performance and culture.
