White House Black Market in Woodburn, OR is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership, supervise the team, and model brand standards. You’ll help create welcoming, personalized experiences that reflect our culture of hospitality.

You’ll guide day-to-day store operations, coach associates, and drive performance while maintaining inventory, cash handling, and omni-channel activities. This role emphasizes teamwork, initiative, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development, provide coaching feedback, and assist with scheduling, when needed.
• Share ideas and insights with the store leadership team.
• Contribute to a positive work environment by embracing teamwork with peers and leaders.
