Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead for our Springfield, MO location. You will partner with store leadership to supervise the team, uphold brand standards, and create a welcoming, customer-centered environment that goes beyond the transaction.

You will support opening/closing, coaching, scheduling, inventory management, and staying current on promotions and store policies. This is a Regular/Part time role focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations including opening/closing.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and provide product knowledge.
• Coach and motivate the team to meet performance goals.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and merchandise replenishment.
