KnitWell Group is hiring a Sales Lead for our Louisville store to partner with leadership, supervise the team, and uphold brand standards. You will guide staff on customer-centered experiences that reflect our hospitality-focused culture and drive sales.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of retail management experience, strong communication skills, and a team-player mindset with ownership. Flexible availability, including nights and weekends, is required in this role.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general operations and opening/closing tasks.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and coach team members.
• Support scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Provide coaching and feedback to help meet performance goals.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions and store policies.
• Foster a positive, customer-centric environment.
