Job summary

KnitWell Group in Springfield, MO seeks a Store Manager to lead the store team, serve customers, and drive sales growth. You will coach associates, ensure brand standards, and create an inclusive, engaging shopping environment for our diverse customers.

You’ll partner with leaders to hire and develop a high-performing team, manage daily operations, and uphold merchandising and asset protection standards while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of specialty retail experience.
• Prior management experience (specialty retail preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team and drive store sales growth while coaching and developing staff.
• Increase business results and champion inclusive customer experiences.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, merchandising, and store procedures.
• Engage with customers on the sales floor to understand needs and support shopping experiences.
