White House Black Market in Rockaway, NJ is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and model exceptional customer-centric service. You will drive brand standards and create memorable, personalized experiences that reflect our hospitality culture.

Responsibilities include opening/closing, coaching, scheduling, and maintaining operations while sustaining a positive team environment through collaboration with peers and leaders.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• A team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Assist the store leadership team with opening and closing responsibilities.
• Actively share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and utilize an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to meet performance goals.
• Execute operations activities including cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and scheduling when needed.
• Share ideas with store leadership and contribute to a positive team culture.
