Job summary

White-House-Black-Marke is hiring a Sales Lead to collaborate with store leaders, supervise the team, and model exceptional guest service on the Rockaway, NJ floor. You will set the tone for achieving team goals through clear direction and support, creating a welcoming, customer-centric environment that reflects our hospitality culture.

You will coach associates, share brand priorities, manage cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and replenishment, and contribute to a positive work environment

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• A team player with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with opening and closing duties.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with product knowledge.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to the team.
• Handle cash, scheduling, inventory, and replenishment.
• Support leadership by sharing ideas and driving brand priorities.
