Job summary

White House Black Market in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and model guest-focused service. You will drive brand standards and help cultivate a positive, welcoming environment that reflects our culture of hospitality.

You will coach and schedule, manage operations including cash handling and inventory, and support achievement of sales goals through an omni-channel approach and strong product knowledge.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations and opening/closing responsibilities.
