Job summary

Belk is seeking a Selling Lead to drive store results by building genuine team and customer relationships, connecting customers with product, and creating memorable experiences. This hourly role supports sales and store metrics through excellent service, events, and presentation standards.

You will greet customers, process transactions, assist with onboarding, and champion omnichannel selling while keeping signage and merchandising in top condition.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience and a dedication to customer service excellence.
• Ability to move around all store areas and lift at least 40 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable with technology, smartphones, tablets, and Windows-based systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and store key metrics through customer engagement, events, and initiatives.
• Greet, engage, and assist customers to create memorable experiences.
• Process transactions accurately and resolve inquiries professionally.
• Maintain visuals, signage, fitting rooms, and cleanliness per directives.
• Lead store fulfillment and protect assets while supporting omnichannel selling.
