Job summary

Knitwell Group is seeking a Sales Lead in Erie, PA to partner with store leadership to supervise the team, set the tone, and deliver memorable, customer-focused experiences. You will model brand standards, provide direction, and help achieve team goals while maintaining a welcoming environment that reflects our hospitality culture.

In this role you’ll coach and develop staff, oversee opening/closing, and ensure effective merchandising and inventory control.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Flexible availability—nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Open and close store operations.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and coach colleagues.
• Share brand priorities with store teams and maintain brand standards.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and merchandising replenishment.
• Provide exceptional customer experiences and store teamwork.
