Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead in Rancho Cucamonga to partner with store leaders, coach the team, and uphold brand standards. You will foster a welcoming, customer-centered environment that reflects our hospitality culture.

Responsibilities include opening/closing, coaching, scheduling, inventory, and ensuring adherence to promotions and policies. The role requires leadership on the sales floor and a commitment to teamwork and guest experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general operations, including opening and closing.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations tasks: cash handling, scheduling, inventory, replenishment.
• Stay knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and provide scheduling assistance as needed.
• Share ideas with store leadership and peers.
• Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork.
