Job summary

Soma is seeking a Sales Lead in Cincinnati, OH to partner with store leadership, supervise the team, and uphold brand standards. You will foster a welcoming, customer-focused environment that goes beyond transactions to deliver memorable experiences reflecting our hospitality culture.

You will coach and support staff, manage operations, and drive performance in a fast-paced retail setting at Store 5476-Kenwood Towne Centre. This regular/part-time role requires strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities: cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and scheduling when needed.
• Share ideas with the store leadership team.
• Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork.
