Fabletics is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead for our Los Domain NORTHSIDE store in Austin, TX. You will drive a best-in-class customer experience, lead a team, and collaborate with the Store Manager to hit bold sales targets.

Responsibilities include engaging customers, training staff on the Customer Experience Playbook, and ensuring a seamless omnichannel journey between online and in-store shopping. Flexibility for evenings/weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with active lifestyle products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and provide best-in-class service.
• Lead and support store team to meet/exceed sales goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to store leadership.
