Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in retail leadership preferred.
• Ability to open/close store and manage cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and coach team to meet performance goals.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Provide coaching and scheduling support as needed.
• Execute operations activities including inventory management and replenishment.
