Job summary

Chico's FAS, Inc. is seeking a Sales Lead at Store 1192-Tanger Outlets at Memphis-Chico's-Southaven, MS 38671. You will supervise the team, model excellent service, and support leadership to uphold brand standards and a hospitality-focused culture.

Responsibilities include opening/closing, coaching, scheduling, inventory, merchandise replenishment, and sharing brand priorities with store teams. 2 years retail management preferred; 18+; strong communication and teamwork required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products, lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, share product knowledge and use an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and scheduling when needed.
• Share ideas with the store leadership team.
• Contribute to a positive work environment by embracing teamwork.
