LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead in Germantown, TN to model exceptional customer experiences and support an engaged team. You will work with the Store Manager to become a store expert, stepping in as manager when needed, while upholding brand standards and driving a seamless omnichannel experience.

This role requires 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred), management exposure, and strong communication skills. Flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Tech proficiency and ability to operate a POS system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching others.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to organize, delegate and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Lead personalized customer experiences and guide associates to deliver top service.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to model and uphold store standards.
• Assist with onboarding and developing a highly engaged team.
• Maintain visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer experience.
• Provide timely feedback and coaching to improve performance.
