LOFT in Pittsburgh is seeking a Sales Lead to model excellent customer experiences and guide associates. You will partner with the Store Manager to run store functions and stand in as manager when needed.

Requirements include retail/management experience, POS proficiency, and strong communication. This regular/part-time role offers flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays and opportunities for development across our brands.

Qualifications

• 6-months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
