Soma, part of KnitWell Group, seeks a Sales Lead for our Indianapolis location. You’ll partner with store leaders to supervise, coach, and model a welcoming, customer-centered environment that reflects our hospitality.

Help drive brand standards and team culture while delivering memorable shopping experiences on the floor and across channels. Responsibilities include coaching, scheduling support, and daily operations, with flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Passion for fashion and customer experience.
• 2 years retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to build strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with opening/closing and general operations.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and share brand priorities with teams.
• Provide coaching to keep the team aligned with performance goals.
• Support scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and replenishment.
