Job summary

Soma, part of KnitWell Group, is seeking a Sales Lead for Center Valley, PA to partner with store leadership, supervise the team, and uphold brand standards in a welcoming, customer-centered environment that goes beyond a transaction.

You will contribute to a positive work culture, coaching staff, managing scheduling, and ensuring smooth operations on the sales floor with a focus on hospitality.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and scheduling support to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
