Soma Lexington, part of KnitWell Group, is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise teams, and deliver hospitality-focused, personalized shopping experiences. You will set direction, model brand standards, and help drive sales performance in a customer-centric environment.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of retail management experience, strong communication, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• A team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability — nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general operations, including opening/closing.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Coach and encourage the team to meet performance goals.
• Handle scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and merchandise replenishment.
• Stay knowledgeable on promotions and store policies.
• Support associate development and provide scheduling assistance.
