Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead for Store 3328-The Fountains-WHBM-Roseville, CA. You will partner with store leaders to supervise the team, set direction, and model a welcoming, customer-centered environment that reflects our hospitality culture.

You will coach staff, ensure brand standards, manage cash handling and scheduling, and keep products and messages aligned with promotions. This role emphasizes teamwork and employee development.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability - nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening and closing.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and omni-channel messages.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations: cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, replenishment.
• Share brand priorities with store teams and reflect our hospitality culture.
