Job summary

Ann Taylor in Miami is seeking a part-time Sales Lead to model and deliver personalized customer experiences and support store operations alongside the Store Manager.

You will help onboard and develop an engaged team, maintain high visual standards, and use available tools to drive a seamless omnichannel experience while stepping in as manager when needed. Evening/weekend availability preferred.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Proficient with point-of-sale systems.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching others.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proactive with decision making and prioritization.

• Represent the brand and model personalized customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an engaged team.
