Ann Taylor in Miami seeks a Sales Lead to champion personalized customer experiences and support associates. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to master store operations and be ready to step in as manager when needed.

Ideal candidates have some retail sales and management experience, strong coaching skills, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a part-time role at Store 1144-Aventura Mall-ANN-Miami, FL 33180.

Competenze

6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
Management experience (preferred).
Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
