Job summary

Ann Taylor is seeking a Sales Lead to support and role model exceptional customer experiences in-store. You will collaborate with the Store Manager, step in as needed, and help onboard and develop a highly engaged team. The role emphasizes coaching, merchandising standards, and omnichannel service using available tools.

The position requires flexibility, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and prioritizes initiative, organization, and strong communication to drive store performance.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to stay on top of deadlines.

• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an effective, highly engaged team.

• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching so each associate can bring their best to customer interactions.
