Job summary

Ann Taylor in Miami is seeking a Sales Lead to guide customers and support associates. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to become a store expert and step in as manager when needed.

The role focuses on delivering personalized customer experiences, onboarding and developing a highly engaged team, and maintaining brand standards while using tools for an omnichannel shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient with ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to stay on top of deadlines.
