Job summary

Ann Taylor in Pembroke Pines, FL, seeks a part-time Sales Lead to model exceptional customer experiences and support both customers and associates. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to guide daily store operations and develop a highly engaged team.

Qualified candidates bring about 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred), prior management exposure, and comfort with POS systems. Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays are expected to deliver top service in-store.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technological proficiency and ability to operate a POS system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative to organize, delegate, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand and model personalized customer experience behaviors.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an engaged team.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to associates.
• Use tools to support a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.
• Step into the manager role when needed and uphold store standards.
