Deckers Brands is seeking a Sales Lead for the UGG at Merrimack Premium Outlets. The role emphasizes delivering personalized shopping experiences, training staff on the brand’s service standards, and promoting product knowledge.

The ideal candidate will guide the team to meet sales goals while upholding Deckers’ values. You will manage in-store operations, greet customers, handle the register, and coordinate with management to ensure stock accuracy and attractive presentation.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to convey Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team and customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and applications; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service from start to finish, including communicating return policies.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store.
• Operate the cash register and handle money accurately.
• Check inventory daily and ensure products are stocked and merchandised per Visual Merchandising standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized back-stock and break area; assist with safety and loss prevention.
