Deckers Brands, featuring UGG stores, seeks a Seasonal SalesLead to craft personalized shopping experiences and uphold our brand image in-store. You’ll greet customers, discuss products and policies, and ensure superb service from entry to checkout.

You’ll also manage cash, inventory checks, stock, and merchandising while maintaining a friendly, team-focused environment with adherence to store standards.

Qualifications

• Two years retail store experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences to drive brand loyalty.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store and answer questions.
• Explain and enforce the store's return policy with customers.
• Operate the cash register and handle money accurately.
• Check inventory daily and ensure products are stocked and merchandised according to Visual Merchandising standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized back-stock area and break room.
• Promote a positive work environment and recognize outstanding performance.
