You’ll train and motivate staff, greet customers, manage the cash register, handle inventory, and ensure visual merchandising standards. A high school diploma and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma required or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to convey Deckers Brands vision.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.
• Excellent team building skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences that drive brand loyalty.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously and answer questions.
• Operate cash register, handle money accurately, and manage returns.
• Stock and merchandize products following Visual Merchandising standards.
• Maintain a clean back stock area and promote a positive work environment.
